No, parking is at your own expense. The Boca Raton Resort and Club offers valet parking at $40.66 per day.

The group rate is $229 a night plus 13% tax per night. Additionally, an automatic $3 nightly room attendant charge and an $8 bellman porterage charge per stay will be added to your room at the time of check-in.

At the time of reservation, the hotel requires a credit card deposit of one night’s room rate and taxes, which will be charged to your card immediately. If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals through your date of check-out. Please be aware that the hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out, or longer, at the discretion of your card issuer.

The Awards Dinner is business and/or cocktail attire. For all other meetings and events, the dress is business casual.

Learning, sharing, and having fun are mandatory. Attendance at events is not mandatory, but involvement in daily General Sessions and Networking Activities is highly encouraged.

Yes, wireless internet is complimentary in all guest rooms and meeting spaces.

While children are welcome to join their parents at the resort during the conference, they are not allowed to attend the business/networking functions. All conference events are for adults only, 18 and older, but children and guests are free to attend breakfast with registered attendees.

The Applebee’s FFC is primarily a business meeting for those associated with the brand. Only guests 18 years and older may attend conference events. Guests are allowed as travel companions and may enjoy the hotel amenities, but only registered conference attendees will be able to join sessions, meal functions, activities, and the awards dinner.
