We’re looking forward to us all being together again at our annual conference. It’s a chance for us to interact and learn about the plans for our brand’s future from our leadership team, your fellow franchise partners from the United States and abroad, franchise topic experts, and of course, work together to build both your businesses and our friendships.
As in past years, all franchisees will spend the morning together as Applebee’s President John Cywinski and his team members focus on Franchisee partnership, Franchise financial health and Brand relevance and sustained growth.
Our afternoons will be spent addressing how we plan to, when appropriate, build from that strategy as well as discuss how best to work together so that we are running great restaurants—the essential foundation for the growth of your businesses and our brand. We’ll share our strategy and plans for this year as well as our goals and vision through 2020 to ensure we are offering our guests an elevated, memorable and distinctively Applebee’s experience in our restaurants—in ways that increasingly bring that experience to them how and when they want it.
We’ll also hear from subject matter experts who are working with us to maximize your success, and, like last year, ask industry experts—yourselves—to share the best practices that have made a difference in your restaurants.
And of course, we’ll have time to socialize, enjoy each other’s company and celebrate your great achievements since we last met.
